Ray James Celebrated for Dedication to Various Industries Mr. James  channels  experience  in government  documentation, security, education and security  into his  work  with R.J. A  jack-of-all-trades  with  considerable  experience  in  security,  office  administration, technology,  education  and  government  documentation,  Mr.  James  excels  as  a housing  inspector  contractor  for  R.J.  Legal  &  Recreation  Processing  Service  and  as a  driver  for  T-Square  Logistics.  As  a  housing  inspector,  he  reports  the  overall conditions  of  said  properties  to  his  home  office,  prepares  correspondence,  monitors investigations  of  suspected  offenders,  inspects  manufactured  or  processed  products to  ensure  compliance  with  contract  specifications  or  legal  requirements  and  liaises with  law  enforcement  regarding  matters  of  mutual  concern.  In  his  work  with  TSquare,  Mr.  James  enforces  safety  rules  and  regulations,  recommends  and implements  measures  to  improve  worker  motivation,  equipment  performance,  work methods  or  customer  services,  and  operates  a  variety  of  other  vehicles  when neccessary...

Ever since he was a child, Mr. James has also maintained a love of music and has authored a plethora of songs throughout his life, including: "I Got Friends in High Places", "My Love for You", You'll Be Mine," "A Pocket Full of Emotion", "Let Me Tell You Now" with Broadway Music, and “I’ve Said it Once, I’ll Say it Again.”  A collection of work called: "The American Dream.” Most recent work called: “Santa’s Coming to Town Tonight,” “Legends from the Past,” “The Land of the Believers,” “Get a Life” and “We Shall Be Free,” to name a few. Likewise, he has completed service in the United States Army with two honorable discharges.  Although he has achieved much over the course of his life, Mr. James is especially proud of private research he conducted into the whereabouts of Osama Bin Laden, which partly led to the capture of the well-known terrorist. Over the years, Mr. James has reaped a lifetime’s worth of knowledge in varying industries. He notably worked as a certified teacher aide and a substitute teacher for Wichita Falls Independent School District and Fort Worth Independent School District as well as a bus driver and a contractor for Notre Dame Catholic School and Agape Tours. Mr. James found success as a crew leader for the U.S. Census Bureau, a caseworker for Safe Harbor, an heavy equipment operator for Halliburton Services, and an independent contract investigator for the Pinkerton Security Group. In the 1980s, Mr. James earned an associate degree from the University of Maryland, where he returned to obtain a bachelor’s degree in management with a minor in psychology in 1990. Subsequently, he graduated with his master’s degree in training and development at Midwestern State University in 2006. Dedicated to school safety, he focused his thesis on “A Self-Help Approach to School Bus Issues and Emergency Procedure Training.” Additionally, he is a licensed adjuster through the Texas Department of Insurance, computer training, postal carrying and administrative technology through the U.S. Army and in human resources training and development through Midwestern State University.
